Practice Nurse

Background –

 Menlo Park are working with a superb GP Practice in Bournemouth, looking to add a Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience and a background with Chronic Disease Management to join their close-knit, forward thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity with a genuinely forward thinking practice, with superb staff retention, that really looks after its staff and provides opportunities to develop your career. They are looking for a Practice Nurse with strong Chronic Disease Management experience in all areas. You will have flexibility around start and finish times as well as the option to work full or part time. This is a superb opportunity for a Practice Nurse experienced in Primary Care.

Salary – £38,000 - £42,500 per annum FTE DOE + NHS pension + 6 weeks AL + Bank Holidays + Study + Indemnity

Location – Bournemouth

Your role –

• Practice Nurse with strong Chronic Disease Management experience
• Mix of treatment room duties and CDM
• Full time ideally but open to Part Time as well
• Work across both practices – very close together
• Flexible on days and hours to suit you
• Work alongside the other nurses in a close-knit team
