A well-established and welcoming Health Centre located near Southbourne is eagerly seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their dedicated and friendly team on a permanent basis. As a member of the clinical team, you will join a diverse and skilled group of professionals, including General Practitioners (GPs), Practice Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants, as well as a supportive non-clinical staff who are committed to helping you integrate smoothly into the practice protocols and workflows.

The nursing team is known for its excellence and camaraderie, consisting of experienced Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants who work collaboratively to ensure a high standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess solid experience as a Practice Nurse and be proficient in a range of clinical tasks, including but not limited to:

- Performing cervical smear tests

- Managing chronic disease patients

- Administering immunisations for infants and travel vaccinations

- Providing wound care, including dressings

- Delivering annual flu vaccinations to patients

This position offers a negotiable hourly rate of up to £21.91, in addition to 6 weeks of annual leave, pro-rata bank holidays, access to the NHS pension, employee discounts, and on-site parking.
