Role Overview

As Office Supervisor, you'll be based initially in Parkstone before transitioning to their Bournemouth (Southbourne) office. This Office Supervisor position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a professional environment where attention to detail and exceptional service are paramount.

Office Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-class front-of-house service to clients and visitors
  • Oversee daily operational functions and building maintenance
  • Support the Practice Manager with attendance management and holiday records
  • Manage staffing resources and create an inspiring office environment
  • Assist with office relocation procedures
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality
Office Supervisor Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Supervisor or in a similar front-of-house role
  • Outstanding customer service skills and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driving licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Experience in office relocations would be advantageous
