We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team at a lovely Secondary school in Bournemouth. This role involves supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and considering a future in teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes across various subjects, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
- Provide support to students, addressing questions and facilitating learning.
Requirements:
- Must feel confident working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to different subjects and year groups.
- A genuine interest in supporting students' educational journeys.
- A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
It will be a full time role Mon-Fri (Temp to Perm) Pay: 100+ depending on experience.

- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
