Senior Pay & Rewards Manager

  • Hybrid position working out of the central Bournemouth offices

About the role-As our Senior Reward Officer, you will provide a vital contribution in supporting team activities including but not limited to:ā€¢ Managing and supporting salary supplement process and governance arrangementsā€¢ Supervising, coaching and supporting colleagues within the teamā€¢ Proactively considering innovative ways to improve the way they workā€¢ Proactively future plan activities for self and those you superviseā€¢ Design, develop and present the creation of new tools to enable managersā€¢ Make recommendations to boost their position to become an employer of choiceā€¢ Facilitating and presenting to large audiences or Senior Management teams

Skills required-

You must have skills in building and maintaining good relationships at a senior stakeholder level.

As a highly organised person you will need to be self-motivated, able to work well under pressure and have the flexibility to adapt to conflicting/ changing priorities.We would particularly welcome applicants with a sound knowledge of large scale transformation within an organisation.

Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly.

Ability to understand and take a solutions focussed approach as well as being able to motivate, inspire and influence positively and collaboratively
