A reputable fit out and refurbishment contractor is seeking a Project Manager for a £3 million CAT B commercial office fit out project.
The successful candidate will lead the project as the number one and will have a supporting team including a Site Manager, Technical Services Manager, and Document Controller.
Candidates must possess strong fit out and interior knowledge, having previously managed a CAT B fit out project in a lead role.
The role requires excellent client-facing skills, proficiency in paperwork, programming, and document organization.
A competitive salary is offered, and candidates should have relevant experience in managing similar projects.

I am working with a reputable fit out and refurbishment contractor who are in the market for a Project Manager to run a 3m, CAT B, commercial officefit out.

You will act as the number 1 to manage the project and will have a team to support you. The team consists of a Site Manager, Technical Services Manager and Document Controller.

For this role, you will need to be very client facing, excellent with paperwork, programming and organisation of documents.

Experience needed

Strong fit out / Interior knowledge

Previously managed a CAT B fit out project as a number 1

Very client facing

Computer literate.
