Quantity Surveyor

We have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the most renowned main contractors in the UK on an exciting project in Bournemouth.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a strong commercial team within a reputable main contractor who undertake schemes across the healthcare, education, commercial and student accommodation sectors valuing up to 100mil. Projects are administered via a mix of JCT and NEC suites of contract.

Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor position:

Take ownership of various sub-contract packages from procurement to final account
Cost report up-line to Commercial Manager
Mentor more junior members of staff

Requirements as Quantity Surveyor:

Degree / HNC qualified
Experience administering NEC forms of contract.
Experience managing substantial sub-contract packages
