Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and managing project budgets
- Conducting detailed assessments of project specifications, designs, and requirements
- Overseeing procurement processes, including subcontractor selection and tendering
- Monitoring and managing costs throughout project lifecycles
- Providing regular financial reports and updates to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and building regulations
- Applying value engineering principles to enhance project profitability
- Managing risks and resolving any cost-related issues effectively
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on commercial build projects
