Our client, an award winning lettings specialist based on the south coast is looking to expand their busy, friendly team.

They require a well organised property manager. In order to make an impact, they would prefer some lettings experience.

You are a professional, quick thinking problem solver who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. With an excellent customer service record.

The Role

This role is to advise landlords and tenants on a variety of lettings administration support tasks including but not limited to:

  • Ensure that EICR’s, GSC and EPC’s are valid and in place
  • Drafting and issuing tenancy agreements, notices, and deposit registration compliance
  • Day to day property management
  • Answer all incoming communications (internal and external)
  • Deal with customer enquiries effectively
  • Ensure focus on own development
  • Resolve complaints
  • Escalate queries outside of own authority level
  • Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations
  • Attention to all H&S issues, including hazard and accident reporting

Skills and Experience

  • Previous property management/maintenance experience preferred
  • Able to work as part of a team, supporting other team members and recognising the work of others
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Articulate, professional and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Friendly, enthusiastic and accountable with excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
