Receptionist
A leading privately owned contractor based in the south coast is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a regional business with an extensive background as a reputable contractor.
About the role of ReceptionistThis regional contractor traditionally specialises in education, health & industrial new builds, refurbishments & extensions valuing up to £30M across Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and Surrey for private and framework clients. The role of Receptionist will be based in their office in Southampton, Hampshire.
Responsibilities for Receptionist- Answering phones and management of the business switchboards
- Email management and diary management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and dispatch
- Supporting the management team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required
- Attending to all visitors
- Previous experience within the construction industry is ideal but not essential
- Prior exposure within a Receptionist, Administrative or Office Manager role is fundamental
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail is key
