Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be taking on a variety of exciting tasks, including:

Building Client Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with tech companies, from startups to established enterprises, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Sourcing Top Tech Talent: Use your sales skills and initiative to find and attract talented candidates for roles in software development, IT, engineering, and more.
Managing the Recruitment Process: Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing client expectations and placements.
