The Recruitment Agency in Bournemouth is seeking a Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the industry.
Candidates must be punctual, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, along with attention to detail and computer proficiency.
The role involves daily calls with clients and temporary workers, requiring the ability to build rapport and maintain records.
The position offers a starting salary of £27,000 per annum and operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm with a one-hour lunch break.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant within our busy Recruitment Agency in Bournemouth.

Specifically a candidate who has a passion to establish themselves in the Recruitment Industry.

The successful candidate must be:

punctual, organised and methodical.
Must possess excellent communication skills,
attention to detail and be competent in the use of computer systems (Microsoft Packages).
Also have the ability to learn quickly and be self sufficient, working independently and as part of a team.

You will be taking/making calls with our clients and temps on a daily basis, building a strong rapport with the client and workers whilst updating all records as necessary.

Full training will be given to the right candidate.

Salary: starting from £27k per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm (1 Hour for lunch)
