CMA HR Division is supporting a prominent client in Bournemouth, Dorset to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis to join their fast paced multi-site organisation.

The purpose of the role is to act as the first point of contact for leaders on employee relations issues, working alongside the HR Business Partners, managing the full process.

What will the role Senior HR Advisor involve?

  • To be the main point of contact, providing full HR support regarding all HR related matters.
  • Familiar with the HR policies and practices of the organisation giving high quality and consistent advice and guidance
  • Responsible for handling the Employee relations caseload
  • Attend and provide independent HR advice at investigations, hearing and appeal panels
  • Responsibility for implementation of HR procedures and policies in line with best practice

Suitable Candidate for Senior HR Advisor:

  • Ideally level 5 CIPD or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an HR Advisory role from a fast moving, multi-site business environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, with strong organisational skills.
