Do you have experience in sales within the construction industry? Do you have an interest in sustainable construction? Are you looking to join an expanding company that specialises in sustainable and eco-friendly construction builds?

This growing company specialise in residential and commercial builds using sustainable technology and is revolutionising the way the industry operates. They have recently seen huge growth, due to this growth and expansion plans they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager who will be instrumental in their growth plans.

In this role you will work a hybrid model, reporting to the office based near Christchurch 3 days per week. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue and spreading the message of eco-friendly building methods. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will have lots of scope to build an effective sales strategy targeting three key clientele; self-builders, bespoke developers, and architects.

This role requires someone who has a proven track record of sales within some form of construction. You will be happy working in a close-knit and dynamic working environment where you will work closely with the team.

The Role:

  • Business Development Manager

  • Proven Track record of sales within Construction or closely related field
  • Passion for sustainability

  • Live commutable distance to Christchurch
