Role: Classroom Teacher (ECT/Experienced)

GSL Education is currently helping a well reputed primary school in Bournemouth to seek a Classroom Teacher for its Key Stage 1 classroom. This presents a fantastic opportunity for any ECT teachers or even experienced ones to become a part of the school community in Bournemouth.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree/Master’s Degree
• Teaching Certification (QTS/QTLS/PGCE)
• Previous experience in a primary school is preferred but not mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
• Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles in Key Stage 2
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and take risks
