- Proactively manage housing management tasks, including sign-ups and viewings.
- Conduct estate visits and inspections independently.
- Build strong relationships with local Tenant and Resident Associations.
- Manage and escalate anti-social behaviour cases appropriately.
- Respond to complaints and correspondence, ensuring high-quality responses.
- Identify and support vulnerable residents, ensuring appropriate signposting.
- Take legal action where required, including possession and injunction proceedings.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Experience managing housing-related issues within a social housing environment.
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management, anti-social behaviour procedures, and safeguarding policies.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
