The role involves managing various housing management functions, conducting estate visits, handling anti-social behaviour cases, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for tenants.Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage housing management tasks, including sign-ups and viewings.
  • Conduct estate visits and inspections independently.
  • Build strong relationships with local Tenant and Resident Associations.
  • Manage and escalate anti-social behaviour cases appropriately.
  • Respond to complaints and correspondence, ensuring high-quality responses.
  • Identify and support vulnerable residents, ensuring appropriate signposting.
  • Take legal action where required, including possession and injunction proceedings.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing housing-related issues within a social housing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy management, anti-social behaviour procedures, and safeguarding policies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
