Children's Social Worker - CP

Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council are looking for Assessment Social Workers to support their Local Authority on a full term basis.�

Bournemouth are currently paying �48 per hour for experienced Social Workers & �30 per night accomodation/travel allowance for those travelling to the Local Authority.�

• Undertaking Children and Family Assessments
• Undertaking Risk Assessments and Safety Planning
• Undertaking Child Protection Enquiries
• Undertaking Initial Court Proceedings
• Working with Children and Families during the initial stages of Child Protection plans
• Completed CIN cases
• Initiating and Implementing Child Protection plans
• Providing Section 17 support to families and children in need
