A Day in the Life of a CPN: Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse and make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents within a CAMHS team. Your core responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.

Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans.
-
Medication management and participation in duty rotas.
-
Carrying a caseload and ensuring continuity of care.
-
Overseeing students and supporting their development.
-
Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.

Keeping accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Current and valid NMC registration and PIN.
-
Experience working in CAMHS settings.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health & nursing care.

Car driver essential.
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This full-time role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with the possibility of some part-remote working. The contract is for 3 months ongoing with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and service needs.
