Social Worker Mental Health - Bournemouth
This post is within an Integrated Adult Community Mental Health Team and is a community facing service.
The team is responsible for meeting the health and social care needs of a demographic of working age adults with severe and enduring mental illnesses, however there is a specific focus on undertaking the statutory safeguarding responsibilities on behalf of the local authority for those people open to the CMHT.
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a proven history of undertaking the range of statutory responsibilities for adults/older people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
Interviews can be offered to suitable candidates only.
