Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Pupil Support Assistant to join a vibrant school community this January.As a Pupil Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing tailored support to individual pupils or small groups.
- Assisting with the implementation of Education Health Care Plans (EHCP)
- Supporting children with additional learning needs, ensuring they feel included and valued.
- Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff to deliver engaging and effective lessons.

We are looking for individuals who:
- Are compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
- Have previous experience in a similar role or a strong desire to work in education.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Hold a relevant qualification or are willing to undertake training.
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- DBS (clean and relevant) Can be obtained through Prospero Teaching
- Safeguarding certificate
