SEN Teaching Assistant
Prospero Teaching are working with a 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated SEN School based in Bournemouth seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for January 2025
This specialist setting caters for children and young people aged 11-16 with Autism alongside other complex needs to include Autism & Additional Complex Needs
Your role will include providing support for pupils, teachers, and the school, working within small-class sizes or with pupils on a 1:1 basis offering a therapeutic approach rich in vocational opportunities.

- Minimum rate of pay - From 85.10 - 98.20
- Hours - 8:30 - 16.00 (32.5 hours per week)
Experience, Training and Qualifications:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent (preferable)
- GCSES: English & Maths
- Minimum 1 year working with children
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
Eligibility:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
