Requirement for a site agent for a long term assignemnt in Bournheath. Reporting into a project manager on site. The project will start on the 2nd December and run for anticipated 18months.

The SchemeLarge reinforced concrete Distribution Service Reservoir (DSR) construction (approx. 7m deep) to replace an existing along with associated clean water valves and pipework, service diversions, access track, drainage works and MEICA works including commissioning and decommissioning of old DSR.

Requirement/role for Sub Agent for Bournheath below:

  • CAT scanning & producing permits to dig,
  • Inductions & briefings,
  • Material take off & producing requisitions with full scope/requirement for each element,
  • Checking deliveries against delivery ticket & PO,
  • Ability to use CAD,
  • Reviewing sub contractor RAMS & paperwork,
  • Producing 2 week lookahead programmes,
  • Sub contractor liaison,
  • Completing goods received returns,
  • General admin & site paperwork,
  • H&S monitoring on site,
  • Producing ITPs,
  • Compiling QA documents for H&S file,
  • Daily diaries,
  • Co-ordination between site team (Engineers, Foreman, Sub Contractors),

Training/experience:

  • CSCS,
  • CAT scanning,
  • SSSTS or SMSTS,
  • Temp Works Supervisor (or TWC) training would be beneficial,
  • Confined Space medium & high risk would be beneficial,
  • Clean water experience would be useful but not essential.
  • Some M&E experience would be also useful but not essential.
