We are supporting the recruitment of a Sales Manager to cover Teeside, Durham and Tyne and Wear with contacts across the manufacturing, engineering and chemical sectors experienced selling a range of services.

ROLE

  • Identify and manage new business opportunities for industrial services across multi sectors.
  • Drive profitable sales aligned with operational strengths to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop and maintain a clear new business pipeline for volume forecasting and revenue growth.
  • Provide regular activity and pipeline reports to inform commercial and operational stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to align growth strategies with business needs.
  • Ensure effective use of the CRM platform for data management and marketing campaigns.
  • Share best practices and pipelines with other commercial teams.
  • Work in a transparent, diverse environment that encourages questioning the status quo.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience developing new business
  • A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • A good level of general education
  • Strong presentation, selling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Articulate and assured communicator.
