This role is to cover maternity leave for 12 months but for the right person it could lead to a permanent position as the company is going through a period of growth.

The Installation Team are friendly and supportive and you would be joining a really positive working environment.

This role is mainly phone based so you have to enjoy been on the phone liaising with businesses, engineers and contractors to ensure that an excellent customer service is delivered every day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming orders for installations and liaise directly with customers and engineers to document specific requirements.
  • Assign and schedule engineers to install hardware at customer locations.
  • Deal with all queries and concerns.
  • Develop good relationships with customers to build loyalty and trust, participate in weekly/bi-weekly and monthly meetings.

The skills we are seeking:

  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Confidence over the phone, email and online chat.
  • Someone who can work as a team but also comfortable working alone.
  • The ability to multi-task and follow processes.
  • Have a positive 'can-do attitude'.
