A new position has become available for an experienced individual to join a growing team as a Business Development Specialist. The company who are a long-established family run business based in Brackley are looking for candidates who have excellent experience in building strong relationships to support the company’s business development, increasing new business accounts.

Working hours will consist of 37.5 hours per week

Duties of the Business Development Specialist:

  • Manage inbound sales enquiries.
  • Support the Sales team.
  • Generate new sales leads, contacting client to discuss new products by phone and teams.
  • Build and maintain current relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date records and logs of communication.
  • Work in a team of 10 within the sales team.

Personal Attributes:

  • Have previous experience in an account management or business development position.
  • Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages to include Word, Excel and a CRM database.
  • Work well on your own initiative, but also be able to support a team.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about sales and have the desire to grow and develop business.
