What You Will Do:

- Handle EDI order receipt, ensuring all retail orders are processed correctly, and resolve any issues with missing or failing orders.

- Make required amendments to orders based on information from site planning and dispatch teams, ensuring accuracy in order and case volumes.

- Enter and process all Food Service orders, including any direct store delivery requests, and manage any commercial sales order issues or amendments.

- Update customers with shortage information and manage product life concessions in the system.

- Complete the Epod Process and resolve any ASN issues, including emergency cost price changes.

- Provide general enquiries support to internal teams and customers, ensuring a high level of service.

What You Will Bring:

- A flexible, resilient approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

- The ability to work independently, especially during weekends, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Order Management Systems (desirable).

- Previous experience in a customer support or order management role (desirable).
