We are recruiting on behalf of a nursery on the outskirts of Brackley. The nursery is a warm and welcoming environment committed to providing high-quality early years education and care. Their focus is on creating a stimulating and safe environment where every child is valued, respected, and inspired to learn.
Your Role:As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the development, learning, and wellbeing of children aged 4-5 years. Your duties will include:
- Creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.
- Planning and delivering activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Observing and assessing children's development and maintaining accurate records.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times.
What We're Looking For:We're seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual who:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent).
- Has experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Is an excellent communicator and a team player.
- Has a genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development.

It is essential you hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification as well as having up to date knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
