Are you passionate about shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning in early childhood? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner on behalf of a small village primary school's preschool.
The pre school is a nurturing and inclusive setting committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can flourish. We pride ourselves on our child-centered approach, focusing on creativity, exploration, and the holistic development of each child.
This is a part time role, 3 days a week to start ASAP.
Your RoleAs a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in the care and education of children. Your key responsibilities include:* Supporting the planning and delivery of a rich and engaging curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.* Observing, assessing, and documenting children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.* Maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment.* Promoting children's independence, creativity, and emotional well-being through play-based learning.* Adhering to safeguarding policies and ensuring the welfare of all children in your care.
What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a passionate individual with:* A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children.* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.* A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.* Up-to-date safeguarding training (or a willingness to complete this).

The school is located on the outskirts of Towcester. Due to the location, you will need access to transport as there is no public transport links to the village. It is also essential to hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years as well as being up to date with the Early Years curriculum.
