About the RoleAs a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner you will:
* Support the planning and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.* Work closely with the Early Years Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.* Assist in observing, assessing, and documenting children's progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys.* Deliver targeted interventions to support children's development, including language, physical, social, and emotional skills.* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers to support each child's unique needs.* Encourage positive behaviour and promote independence in young learners.* Help organize and maintain learning resources and the classroom environment.
About YouWe are looking for someone who:* Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent).* Has experience working in an Early Years setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.* Demonstrates a passion for working with young children and supporting their development.* Is warm, patient, and caring, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Can work effectively as part of a team and show initiative when needed.* Has knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to ensuring the welfare of all children.
