About the Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner you will:


* Support the planning and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Work closely with the Early Years Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.
* Assist in observing, assessing, and documenting children's progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys.
* Deliver targeted interventions to support children's development, including language, physical, social, and emotional skills.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers to support each child's unique needs.
* Encourage positive behaviour and promote independence in young learners.
* Help organize and maintain learning resources and the classroom environment.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent).
* Has experience working in an Early Years setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Demonstrates a passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
* Is warm, patient, and caring, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Can work effectively as part of a team and show initiative when needed.
* Has knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to ensuring the welfare of all children.
