We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a three-story, steel-frame project in Brackley. This £10m new build project requires a proactive and knowledgeable professional with new build experience to ensure its successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with the project team, client, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects.
• Strong knowledge of steel-frame construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
