Our client is a growing solutions business in Bracknell who is seeking to hire a Financial/ Systems Accountant. The role will assist with the development and improvement of processes, systems and controls in place within the finance team.Key Responsibilities:• To work collaboratively with the Board, Senior Leadership Team, Line Manager and Colleagues to ensure compliance and duties are upheld.• Working with the finance team to deliver systems, process and control improvements• Working on standardisation of reconciliation processes• Ensuring that systems are being used to their maximum benefit (Sage X3, Alfa, Yooz)• Support with annual statutory audit as required• Support with month end process including reconciliations, journal processing etc.• Support with other ad-hoc projects as requiredA salary of £50,000-£55,000 is on offer plus 27 days holiday and 10% pension contribution.
