Reed Finance are partnered exclusively with a repeat client who are recruiting a new Financial Controller to bridge the gap between the existing Finance team and Finance Director. This is an integral role for the company, who are continuing on their strong growth journey, and will come with a lot of autonomy and the chance to take ownership over the finance function. This is a newly created role that reports into the FD and oversees a small Finance team. Please note: due to the nature of this manufacturing business this role is currently fully office based.
Based in Bracknell, this manufacturing company perfectly balances manual craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology to produce premium quality products alongside a bespoke service. It has a long-standing history and have grown significantly over the last five years. They are looking for a skilled accountant to oversee the transactional accounting and monthly schedules as well as:
- Lead on Month End close
- Implement process improvement and efficiencies
- Be an instrumental part of an ambitious systems project
- Lead and motivate the junior finance team
You will be a skilled Financial Controller, technically strong, with prior experience with systems transformation, change management, and team leadership.
