Reporting to: Finance Manager

Assisting the Finance Manager with transactional activities for several entities including France, Germany, UK and North America

  • Purchase Ledger Processing
  • B2B customer payment reconciliations
  • Reconciling Amazon, PayPal and Stripe Deposits in Netsuite, investigate and solve anomalies in multiple countries
  • Monitor and solve B2C payment disputes on PayPal and Stripe
  • Sales Ledger - raise customer invoices daily and upload on customer platforms where required (i.e Darty, Amazon, etc)
  • Accounts Receivables France - debt collections, reporting on overdues and actions taken
  • Monitor failed 4x payments and coordinate with customer service for debt collection
  • Process Credit notes and refunds for returns (B2B and B2C)
  • Update Retailer Price Matrix and create promo codes in Netsuite for the French entity
  • Sending monthly turnover reports to resellers in France
  • Processing FR Employee expenses
  • Monitor and manage the French & German general email inbox
  • Support other colleagues in the team with other duties as and when required
