CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT AND RECRUITMENT MANAGER

home based in the UK

50,000 to 70,000 base plus up to 50,000 in commission

This job it to sell hosted ERP services to ERP resellers in:

  • Eastern Europe and
  • The Nordics

You will have a track record of working as a channel manager and specifically:

  • Building a new channel
  • Finding new partners and
  • Building up your credibility with partners so they can push all the hosting through you
  • New business sales

You will be focused on Channel recruitment, so finding new ERP partners and resellers and signing them up to the AWS cloud hosting solution.

Once you have signed clients up then it is your job to give them a clear sales strategy for moving their clients onto the platform.

This is a new business closing role. So you need to be happy to push through a deal and be proactive with your sales approach.

Your territory will be the Nordics and Eastern Europe

You will need to spend one week each month travelling to see clients, so a lot of your focus will be on planning your trips talking to ERP resellers and qualifying the ones that are worth pursuing.

Once you have won a client it is the classic "land and expand" strategy.

You need to have experience of:

Selling ERP software in a new business sales role

Recruiting channel partners from initial approach to full partner relationship.
