My client is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and results-driven Marketing Manager who will be in charge of creating, planning, and executing the marketing plan for the company's largest segment - Club (gyms). Working with National chains through to independent boutique gyms, this role offers challenge, fun and variety.
You must have your own vehicle and be able to travel between sites when needed (Mileage can be claimed back!).

Description
The kety responsibilities for the Marketing Manager will be:
- Execute the segment marketing plan, in accordance with the Marketing Director, to meets the aims of the company plan
- Be responsible for initiatives, ideas and achieving targets for new lead generation (digital e-mails, mailouts, campaigns) within the segment
- Organisation and management of segment event tradeshows, seminars and clinics starting from a clear brief to execution, review and learnings
- Support customer sell out to promote their facility and, in turn, products and solutions - supporting with graphics, branding, social media posts, videography and photography
- Create best practice content to be used on social media channels - Newsroom blog and LinkedIn
- Campaign and database management using Salesforce to ensure all data is maintained and consistent with the business objective of effective lead management
- Manage the marketing budget, provide reporting and analysis to monitor marketing activities and return on investment of initiatives
- Support the Inside Sales team with campaigns to maximise leads and contacts
- Develop lead-generating campaigns able to reach new potential customers as well as maintaining existing customers loyalty
- Bring ideas, inspiration, energy and an output focus to the team!
Profile
The successful Marketing Manager will have the following:
- Experience/knowledge of running campaigns and large events
- Experience connecting with B2B customers to achieve common goal
- Project and partnership / customer management experience
- Knowledge of CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Experience/knowledge of fitness and wellbeing market (would be advantageous, but not essential)
