Candidates must have an NVQ or City and Guilds in Construction or Bricklaying, a valid CSCS Card, and a full UK Driving Licence.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Groundworker to join our team in Bracknell. As a Groundworker you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of various building projects. From response maintenance, void works and planned maintenance to domestic properties.

Duties will include;

Bricklaying and general building to communal areas and garages
Replacement of paving slabs
Fencing installation and replacement
Lay concrete, kerbs and driveways
Drainage repairs to manholes and chambers

Working within void and tenanted homes you will be providing an excellent customer service and delivering a high standard of work. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.

You will be working a standard 37 hour week with potential to take overtime. A company van will be provided and an immediate start is available. The hourly pay rate for this role is 20.22 Ltd (PAYE equivalent 17.24 Inclusive of holiday).

You will need;

NVQ or City and Guilds in Construction or Bricklaying
Valid CSCS Card
Full UK Driving Licence
