Communications Manager - Berks (hybrid) - Perm - Salary up to £47K

About the Role

As part of a dynamic marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications that engage and educate clients while enhancing brand awareness. From producing insightful market reports to crafting compelling thought leadership pieces, this role offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your creativity, strategic thinking, and financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Communications.
  • Take ownership of client communications, including monthly market commentaries, quarterly investment reports, video content, and market updates.
  • Manage the distribution of newsletters and investment updates through digital channels.
  • Create high-quality written content for the website, brochures, and press, ensuring SEO best practices.
  • Support the production of webinars, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Oversee social media activities, including managing executive LinkedIn profiles.
  • Liaise with press contacts to share company insights and investment updates.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of copywriting experience within financial services or investment industries.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment concepts.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial topics into engaging content.
  • Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with strong organisational skills.
