About the Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, the successful candidate will lead the company's social media strategy, driving engagement, growth, and brand awareness across multiple platforms. This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities spanning content creation, analytics, community engagement, and campaign management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and executing social media strategy across multiple platforms.
- Creating and maintaining brand-aligned content that resonates with target audiences.
- Developing and overseeing social media campaigns to maximise engagement and reach.
- Analysing social media performance and implementing optimisation strategies based on insights.
- Engaging with online communities to foster brand loyalty and interaction.
- Collaborating with the design team and junior colleagues to develop innovative content and campaigns.
- Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy.
- Supporting wider marketing efforts, including copywriting and content creation for digital and print media.
- Attending brand events and generating engaging social content to amplify marketing efforts.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years of experience in a social media-focused role, either as a sole focus or as part of a wider marketing role.
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of multiple platforms.
- Practical experience in analytics, with knowledge of key social media metrics and trends.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven social media strategies.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A creative thinker with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Proficiency in social media tools and platforms.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for innovation.
- Must have a valid driving licence and live within a commutable distance from the office.
