Job Title: Social Media Manager
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum
Employment: Full-time, hybrid model (2 days in the office)

We’re seeking a brand-focused social media marketer with experience across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering organic creative strategies, analysing audience segments, and optimising performance. Some experience with paid social campaigns is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing, and managing organic and paid social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Growing the brand’s social presence, engaging with various audience segments, and driving revenue.
- Analysing and reporting on campaign performance to refine strategies.
- Collaborating with digital, creative, and other teams across the company to create compelling content.
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years in a similar role, preferably within D2C or brand-focused marketing.
- Strong skills in writing, branding, social media strategy, and creative execution.
- A proven ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaigns.
- Leadership qualities, combined with a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.
