Hybrid Working Credit Analyst (12-Month Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover) - Start ASAPLocation: BracknellSalary: £40K - £53K (depending on experience)

Role OverviewAs a Credit Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for assessing and underwriting asset finance requests for a variety of assets. Initially, you will focus on credit lines up to £1 million, with opportunities to handle larger requests as you develop in the role. This is a key role in a growing business, offering significant opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Board, Senior Leadership Team, Line Manager, and colleagues to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conducting credit assessments and underwriting asset-based finance facilities for commercial and corporate clients.
  • Utilising your individual credit authority while adhering to relevant policies and regulations.
  • Preparing credit applications for larger requests that exceed individual credit authority, escalating them to higher approval levels as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in credit assessment and underwriting for commercial or corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of company financials and financial ratio analysis.
  • Experience in asset finance credit, including use of individual credit authority.
