Reed Accountancy is seeking a temporary Accounts Receivable professional for a Bracknell-based client, expected to last 2 to 4 weeks with potential for extension.
The role requires an immediate start and is fully office-based, focusing on credit control and managing customer accounts.
Responsibilities include opening new customer accounts, bank reconciliations, ensuring VAT compliance, and daily order approvals.
Candidates should have experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control, with Oracle NetSuite experience being advantageous but not mandatory.
The position offers a salary of £20 to £25 per hour and requires relevant experience in the field.

Reed Accountancy are delighted to be supporting a returning Bracknell-based client in a new temporary requirement. Expected to last 2 to 4 weeks, but with the potential to be extended, this temporary opportunity is full office-based and requires an immediate start.

This temporary Accounts Receivable role is to look after the following:

Full responsibility the credit control function for all customer accounts for both pro forma and credit-approved accounts
Opening new customer accounts and performing relevant checks
Bank reconciliations
Ensuring VAT compliance with customer invoicing
Daily order approvals upon receive of cash (including carrying out the cash tracking)
Reconciliation of customer accounts
Liaising with internal sales teams
Query resolution and problem solving

Experience using Oracle NetSuite would be highly advantageous but not required.
