Job Title: Credit Controller

Salary: Up to 35,000 per annum

Location: Bracknell

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices
  • Communicate effectively with clients via outbound telephone calls to follow up on overdue payments and resolve any disputes
  • Prepare and send regular statements, reminders, and invoices to customers
  • Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers to mitigate risk
  • Provide regular reports on accounts receivable and cash flow to management

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar finance role
  • Strong knowledge of credit management and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, happy to discuss via telephone
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
