As they steadily expand, they are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join their dynamic team. Job Title: Credit Controller
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Location: Bracknell
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Communicate effectively with clients via outbound telephone calls to follow up on overdue payments and resolve any disputes
- Prepare and send regular statements, reminders, and invoices to customers
- Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers to mitigate risk
- Provide regular reports on accounts receivable and cash flow to management
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar finance role
- Strong knowledge of credit management and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, happy to discuss via telephone
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
