Description
- Managing debt recovery efficiently and effectively.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Conducting credit checks on potential customers.
- Ensuring invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner.
- Resolving any financial disputes raised by the customer.
- Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
- Reporting to management on outstanding issues and informing them about potential debtor problems.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of relevant software (e.g. ERP).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
