A hybrid opportunity has arisen for an New Business and Customer Service Representative to join a well-known automotive company based in Bracknell on a 3 rolling contract with possibility of going permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Working within the departments Service Level Agreements, answering phone calls from customers and dealers.
  • Making changes to customers' finance agreements.
  • Allocating manual payments to customers' agreements accurately.
  • Checking finance documentation efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Great communicator with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues, being compassionate and considerate.
  • Knowledge of FCA and Consumer Duty guidelines
