Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic company seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop, ensuring product listings are optimised and updated regularly.
- Monitor emerging trends within TikTok and the broader social media landscape to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve.
- Regularly conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable insights on pricing, positioning, and promotions.
- Develop engaging and innovative content that resonates with diverse audience segments, driving traffic and engagement to the TikTok Shop.
- Collaborate with influencers, creative teams, and other stakeholders to produce impactful videos and audience engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok users, creating a loyal community- respond to comments, engage in conversations, and leverage user-generated content to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Analyse performance metrics on TikTok and other relevant platforms to assess the success of campaigns and content.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align digital marketing strategies with overarching business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on TikTok or other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and content creation best practices.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially TikTok Shop or similar.
- Excellent copywriting and visual content creation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Creative thinker with a passion for keeping up with emerging trends in social media and digital marketing.
