Our client is seeking a highly organised, proactive and diligent Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to the Function Head. What you will do:
- Efficiently coordinate the Function Head's schedule, prioritising commitments to meet strategic goals.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and queries.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, including logistics, document preparation, and minute-taking.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure information flow within the leadership team.
- Assist in project management, track progress, and support milestone achievement.
- Maintain and build relationships with stakeholders on behalf of the Function Head.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and departmental admin, including organisation charts and distribution lists.
- Handle all travel arrangements and expense administration for the CMD/Medical Director.
What you will bring:
- Proven ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Ideally 3-5+ years in a similar PA position supporting high level
- Understanding of business priorities to prioritise tasks accordingly.
- Motivated and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Proficiency with MS Teams and other tools, open to learning new skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in managing tasks and information.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
