Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in a high-paced kitchen environment. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the menu specifications.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
  • Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
  • Enhanced DBS check (Required).
  • Food Safety Certificate Level 2 (Required).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
