We are currently recruting for an Administrator for our Bracknell based client. This is a hybrid position 2 days remote 3 days in the office.

The role will suit an outgoing candidate with a strong personality and great attention to detail

As a Lease Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing lease contracts as they approach the end of term and throughout the agreement's life cycle. You will collaborate closely with the Collections and Operations teams to maximize portfolio profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, managing end-of-lease activities, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of the lease management process.

Key Responsibilities:Monitor lease expiry dates and follow up on End of Lease (EOL) notifications.Proactively negotiate with customers regarding their lease options, including extensions, returns, or purchases.Produce accurate settlement quotations and handle mid-term buyout and early termination negotiations.Administer all novations and reschedules in the ALFA System.Conduct regular audits and 4-eye checks to ensure quality assurance and compliance with corporate workflow processes.Develop strong relationships with internal teams, including Sales and Vendor, to optimize business profitability and adhere to SLAs.Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of issues.Participate in projects and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:Experience in administration, customer service, or a related field is preferred.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with lease management systems (e.g., ALFA System) is a plus.
